BUILDING THE LIGHTBODY CD

WHAT IS THE LIGHTBODY? 3000 years ago the Chinese called it the 'Golden Flower'. Essentially, they believed that through breathing and gesture, a body of light or energy could be created within and radiating from, the physical body. We still see such concepts today in practices such as qigong, yoga, sacred dance, and prayer prostrations.
